Amargasaurus cazaui is an herbivore Sauropod dinosaur; they were the largest dinosaurs and had long neck and small brain. It lived during the Cretaceous period, 120 - 130 million years ago in South America.

The most obvious feature of this dinosaur was the extremely upwards projecting spines, circular at the base and tapered at their tip; the longest were 60 cm in length. This dinosaur was relatively small for a Sauropod; its length reached 9 meters only and his neck was 2.5 meters long.
